Junk: How Much Can One Keep?
I’ve been living at my current place for coming to 14 years. Unlike what’s described of Virgos, I’m not a very tidy person at all!
Over the years, the amount of junk I’ve collected is atrocious! Worse, I have no idea whether to throw them or not! I don’t know why, I just can’t seem to bring myself to throw anything away. As though I’ll be throwing parts of my life away. Ridiculous.
I have a 32″ LCD TV to be installed in my room. Had to give my room a thorough overhaul, rearranging my things to accommodate this huge TV (it’s huge for the size of my room). I have a plan on how my room should look, how the LCD TV, when installed, will double up as a PC monitor, but the amount of rubbish that I have is leaving me feeling frustrated and confused as to how my plan will fall into place.
I have a bag of computer parts which I don’t know if I’ll ever have any use for them. I have several bags of comic books which I silly-ly bought over from a colleague but never bothered to read. I have many many empty boxes that came with the gadgets that I bought and have no idea why I’m still keeping them. I have a whole pile of mails which I don’t know if they should be retained or not.
And many many more!
I’m just a junk-collecting untidy person!!! I can’t stand myself!!!! Argh! Sometimes I just wish I had several servants who would just do all the manual work for me while all I need to do is to instruct whether to throw or not and they will arrange everything nicely for me.
